For a home up to 2,000 square feet - $300

2,001 to 2,500 square feet               - $350

2,501 to 3,000 square feet               - $400

3,001 to 3,500 square feet               - $450

3,501 to 4,000 square feet               - $500

4,001 to 4,500 square feet               - $550

4,501 to 5,000 square feet               - $600

 

If the house has a crawlspace or unfinished basement it is an additional $75.

If the house is 30 years old or older it is an additional $50.
